I am a highly-skilled Software Product Manager with extensive experience in hotel and software marketing, revenue management, project management and customer service. Through the years of working in the industry, I have gained broad knowledge in product development, training, and technical support. I am a go-getter, employed with excellent leadership skills and multi-tasking strengths.  
I have demonstrated the ability to improve operations, increase sales, train staff and reduce costs in an international work environment.

HOSPITALITY SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGER

June 2015 to Present

  • Manage the sales and marketing for hospitality management software and website services of international companies to the local market. Namely, Silverbyte Optima Hospitality Property Management Solutions (http://silverbyte.com/) and Simplex Website and Website Booking Engine for Hotels (https://www.simplex-ltd.com/)

  • Distributes marketing materials from client companies to potential customers.

  • Performs product presentations for different levels of management, including Owners and C-Suite Levels.

  • Manages social media and initiates marketing campaigns and ads.

  • Plans and organize events to promote products and services.

  • Builds customer data to align the right product for the customers.

  • Plans and executes projects from onboarding to hand-holding.

  • Creates training plans and trains customers to be an expert on the product and train their teams (Train the Trainer).

BLUEWATER AND ALMONT RESORTS

Property Management Software Implementation, Training and After-Sales Support

One of the biggest project I have ever done. Bluewater properties have six (6) hotels/resorts in different parts of the country, over 500 total rooms and 20 restaurants under their management.
